Thank goodness for this timely reminder from Chocolux about Mother’s Day- I almost forgot! I don’t normally put up e-flyers on the blog but this is hands down the best chocolate to be had in Hong Kong (sorry, not Singapore, I wonder if they ship??)- beating even 5 star hotels.

I had the mochalust and hot chocolate the last time I was there and it was heavenly. The hot chocolate uses only fine french chocolate, no powders, no syrups, just the real deal- either at 55% or 76% (or something like that). The higher the percentage of dark chocolate, the better for you.

Apparently, the chef/owner graduated from the famed French School Cordon Bleu and has been making the most luscious chocolate in Hong Kong for a few years now. If you’re in Hong Kong, go check them out. We give them two thumbs up!
